Year 3 Olympic Week

This week in Year 3 we have looked at Ancient Greece and how the Olympics first started we have then compared this to the Olympics we know and love today. The children had fun creating their own mascots, sports kits, Olympic torches and Flags that would represent Wrotham Road Primary in the Olympics. The children have also written diary entries as an Olympic athlete who won gold, made top trump cards about different Paralympian's and enjoyed learning to play volleyball sitting down.
