Restart A Heart Workshop - Year 6

Our Year 6’s learnt that you must;
  • Look for danger.
  • Check if the patient is breathing.
  • If the patient is breathing put in the recovery position.
  • If they are not breathing you must start to perform for CPR and call 999 for help and locate a defibrillator.
For children the rhythm to learn is the infamous ‘Baby Shark’.

Quiz Club

Wrotham Road took part in the area heat of the National General Knowledge Quiz Championship. Both teams did really well throughout the competition. We were in first place for most rounds, but we finished in 5th and 12th place. The children enjoyed themselves and demonstrated excellent teamwork skills.

Well done!
